30-Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to product quality issues or other concerns, we are pleased to offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. This means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Returnable Conditions

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

• Accessories are missing.

Non-returnable Conditions

The following products are ineligible for return:

• Products not purchased from xpiwhtow.com.
• Products missing, damaged, or with altered or unreadable IMEI, serial number labels, or manufacturer model/part number labels.
• Products returned without the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items initially included.
• Products that exhibit physical damage.
• Products that have been tampered with, customized, or altered in any way.
• Products damaged due to human error.
• Items claimed to be "not as described" when we can demonstrate they match the description.
• Products where you’ve simply changed your mind, unless we have agreed to accept the return.

Return & Refund Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@xpiwhtow.com, providing your order details (order ID, email address), the reason for the return, and proof of the item’s condition.
2. Return Authorization: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
3. Send the Package: Ship the package back to us, ensuring it includes all original packaging and accessories.
4. Provide Tracking: Share the tracking number of the return shipment with us.
5. Receive & Process: Once the package is received at our facility, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at info@xpiwhtow.com, and we will confirm the exchange process and provide a return address.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
